Road Traffic Accidents*

Should you have been the driver of a car damaged in a road traffic accident the insuance company of the negligent party are obliged to resolve the matter as efficiently as possible. The matter of material damage will usually be dealt with separately to a claim for personal injury.

Should the accident have been caused by a person without insurance cover we can deal with that for you by taking a claim to the Motor Insurers Bureau of Ireland (MIBI).
